The "Grind Mill," a rice husk grinding machine that is easy to operate and requires no special skills, crushes rice husks to kill bacteria with high friction heat, enhancing water absorption and retention while maintaining aeration, resulting in an alternative growing medium. By using coarsely crushed rice husks, the weight of traditional seedbeds is reduced, and of course, the manufacturing costs for creating seedbeds are significantly lowered. 【Features】 ■ 100% use of commercially available granular growing medium ■ Only the covering soil is commercially available granular growing medium ■ Using coarsely crushed rice husks reduces the weight of traditional seedbeds ■ Manufacturing costs for seedbed creation are also significantly reduced ■ Lightweight and clean excellent product ■ Strong root growth and development *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Domestic production agricultural coir pith.

Quality management, secure material supply, high water retention, and excellent drainage! Shipping high-quality products with uniform particles nationwide.

Our company has established a coir production factory, and we believe that in the "future of agriculture," achieving stable yields is the first step in solving challenges, with a focus on decarbonization and circular agriculture. Therefore, we have concentrated on "horticultural growing media." In facility horticulture and hydroponics, growing media is one of the key elements, and there are various types of media, with coir, rock wool, and peat moss being the three main ones. Particularly, the environmentally friendly 'coir' is used in about 80% of facility cultivation worldwide. 【Features】 - Only brown coconut shell coir particles are used. - EC and pH are stable, and CEC (cation exchange capacity) is high. - By eliminating particles smaller than 0.5mm, root rot and root blockage are prevented. - The particle size is designed according to the characteristics of the crops being grown, which improves root development of seedlings. - Increasing the proportion of larger particles enhances water retention and air content. - The particles are sun-dried for a long time to achieve a uniform brown color before being washed and processed, resulting in transparent drainage (the drainage during swelling is slightly light brown but quickly becomes transparent). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
